DELIVERY
FREE shipping is automatically added to every order.
Your orders will for the most part be delivered within 10 working days after dispatch. Sometimes the delay can be longer. Please wait 20 days before contacting us.

Our supplier network does its best to combine each article you order into the same parcel, but sometimes this isn’t possible. In this case you will receive your order in more than one parcel.

RETURNS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: panties, stockings, tights.
Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days of receiving your return package.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. No returns are accepted beyond 30 days after receipt of the order.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit & debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, CB, as well as PayPal & Klarna. Paying for your order with PayPal or Klarna does not incur any additional costs. Make sure you have received an order confirmation email to verify that it has been processed.
