Any product order placed by a customer will imply the latter's final and irrevocable agreement to all of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale presented below. The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, these general conditions of sale and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Lingerie Libérée and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation.

3. PRODUCTS
A descriptive sheet is available for each of the items offered by Lingerie Libérée. Thus, it is possible to know, before the validation of your order, all the essential characteristics of the said product. If a description error appears on a product, we undertake to correct it as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for changes to the products shown, as these may be changed without notice by the manufacturers. The photos of the products are non-contractual. Our product photos are communicated to us by the sellers with whom we deal, we try to offer you professional photos (worn by models or fashion bloggers) and photos of the products alone taken directly by our suppliers. The photos of the products alone illustrate exactly the product you will receive (composition, color, cut). The products offered by our sellers are inspired by current fashion but are in no way branded items. The prices, descriptions and colors of the products are given for information only and may be modified according to supplies, economic conditions or the situation. 4. ORDER
Order taking on the site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by Lingerie Libérée. The customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating his order, to check the details of it and its total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it to express his acceptance. Any order confirmed by the customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance.
Lingerie Libérée reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer, in particular in the event of: non-payment of the order concerned, a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, non-receipt of the payment within 7 calendar days (as evidenced by the postmark).
In case of unavailability of a product at the time of its order, Liberated Lingerie undertakes to reimburse you for it within 7 working days.
The mentions indicated by the customer, when entering information relating to his order, are binding on him. Lingerie Libérée can not be held responsible for errors made by the customer in the wording of the contact details of the recipient of the order (delivery address, billing address) and delays in delivery or the impossibility of delivering the products ordered that these errors could generate.
A confirmation email will be sent to the customer by Lingerie Libérée. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of e-mail for confirmation of the content of his order. The request to cancel an order cannot be accepted for logistical reasons. The customer will then have to refuse the item upon receipt in order to obtain a refund.

5. PRICE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
The prices are denominated in euros, excluding participation in shipping costs and calculated excluding taxes. They are not increased by the VAT rate, the status of auto-entrepreneur implying a VAT exemption, according to article 293 B of the GC. The total price of the order is indicated in the basket. Lingerie Libérée reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the registration of the order, subject to availability.
Payment for purchases is made either by:
Paypal: Safety reflex to pay online. Pay with your credit card without communicating the number to the merchant. Each purchase is confirmed by a receipt. The user must have a Paypal account to pay for his order with this method of payment. In the event of payment by this means, the general conditions of use of Paypal apply.

Credit card: You pay by credit card via www.lingerieliberee.com , payment is handled by the secure Stripe payment platform.
The data recorded and kept by Lingerie Libérée constitutes proof of the order and of all past transactions.
6. Offer valid while stocks last
The offers presented are only valid within the limits of available stocks and do not give rise to any compensation in the event of rupture or cancellation. Our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. This information coming directly from our suppliers, errors or exceptional modifications are beyond our control and cannot engage our responsibility. If any of the products ordered are out of stock, you will only be charged for the products that have been shipped.

7. DELIVERY
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the residential address of the customer or of any other natural person of his choice. Delivery is completely free for people residing in France, Belgium, Switzerland and Canada. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or relay points. The customer must ensure that he has communicated exact and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building, staircase, access codes, names and/or phone numbers). intercom, etc.).
The products offered coming mainly from abroad (United Kingdom, Korea and China) and being shipped on order, the average delivery time observed is estimated between 10 and 20 working days, this period is exceptionally extended for orders placed in February due to Chinese New Year (about 10 extra days). Orders are sent by post relating to each country, the majority of items are tracked and delivered directly to your mailbox (preferred shipping method: "mail or parcel followed") by La Poste or Private Parcel. In the event of non-receipt of your order within 60 calendar days of its dispatch, Lingerie Libérée undertakes to reship the product or to reimburse the customer who has previously contacted Lingerie Libérée, on simple request and his convenience. No return or refund can occur before this period (except incident confirmed by the postal service). Cross-border deliveries may be subject to an opening and inspection procedure by customs authorities, no costs will be charged to you in addition to the amount of your order.
In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the customer agrees to notify the carrier (La Poste) and Lingerie Libérée, by any means, of any reservations upon receipt of the product.
For reasons of availability of the products ordered and supply from different suppliers, an order may be the subject of several successive deliveries to the customer. In the event that the customer would like the products ordered to be delivered to two separate addresses, the latter should place two separate orders.

8. RETURNS

The customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order which will be exercised by the return at his expense of the products against exchange or refund. The original packaging must be attached to the shipment (even damaged, on which the sender's address and any tracking number appear), this is essential for us to initiate the return procedure with our partner vendors.

Items from the following categories: Lingerie, swimwear, Sales (sale items), cannot be returned or exchanged.
We recommend that you use Paypal when placing your order in order to benefit from the reimbursement of return costs.

Please return your order in the form of a NON-registered parcel or tracked mail, this return method is preferred for correct and rapid handling of your return!

Please note that any non-tracked return not received cannot be refunded. Also, it is essential that you keep the tracking number of the returned order in case of complaint.
For any order error from Lingerie Libérée (eg wrong item received, color error, defective...), please contact us at sexandsensitivity@gmail.com _cc781905 -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ by attaching one or more clear photos of the defects of the item received and its packaging in order to activate the return and complaint procedure with our partner seller. No return will be taken into account without prior request and supporting photos.
The items are then to be returned (with their original packaging attached) to the head office, in Calmont, France.

Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be taken back.
Lingerie Libérée reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or clothes that are not in the same conditions as when they were received by the customer.

Packages returned for reasons: Refused / delivery impossible:
Shipments returned for reasons of impossible delivery (multiple attempts, incomplete address, refusal, cancellation after shipment, etc.) will be subject to a refund of up to 60% (40% of the amount - excluding postage - will not be refunded, those corresponding to postage, packaging costs, international return costs and handling costs).

9. REFUNDS
Lingerie Libérée will reimburse the customer for any sums already paid, less any shipping costs. Reimbursement is due within a maximum period of 15 calendar days (from receipt of the returned product). Reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of his order.

10. RESPONSIBILITIES AND APPLICABLE LAW
Lingerie Libérée cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which could result from the misuse of the products marketed. The liability of Lingerie Libérée will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be blamed for simple errors or omissions which may have persisted despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.
Any order automatically entails the customer's acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
